Courtney
Courtney is a middle Tennessee native who earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Belmont University in 2001. After working in a public tax firm for a couple of years and then in corporate accounting as a Controller for a large manufacturing firm, she stepped away from full-time accounting work to raise and homeschool her two children, while working as the office manager and bookkeeper for her family’s real estate business.
She has been back in the accounting world in a part-time capacity for a few years now serving as a full charge bookkeeper and general ledger accountant for several local businesses, as well as a few retired individuals who don’t want to deal with preparing their own financials.
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and traveling around the U.S. in their camper. She is very thankful for a position with Randolph Business Resources, as a work/life balance is important to her, especially as she only has a short time left with her kids before they are both off to college!
