I grew up in a family business, a commercial glass company, and began working in accounting at a young age. My responsibilities encompassed all facets of accounting, including A/P, A/R, Payroll, quarterly and year end reports, W2’s and 1099’s, and cost accounting. As my parents aged, one of my brothers and I co-managed the business until we closed in 2012, following the illness and passing of my father.
After closing, I went to work for one of our glass vendors, and although I loved my job, selling glass, I chose to return to the private sector. Since that time, I have worked for a commercial glass company and a general contractor.
I pursued a degree in Accounting at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, and Volunteer State College in Gallatin, Tennessee.
I am very active in my church, and carry the title of Missions Coordinator, along with being on the Praise Team. My hobbies include spending time with my children and grandchildren, quilting, baking and animals. I am excited to become a part of Randolph Business Resources. I love the flexibility of working for RBR and look forward to the opportunity of meeting clients and being able to help with their accounting needs.
