Frankie has been in the accounting field for over 27 years. She has experience in both the corporate and private sectors but has always gravitated towards small businesses and entrepreneurs. She feels it’s important for small business owners to have their finger on the pulse of their business so they can be proactive rather than reactive, therefore ensuring longevity and success. With this business model, she opened up her own accounting firm which resulted in rave reviews from her clients and her client base grew strictly from referrals. She has worked with many different industries including but not limited to real estate, construction, marketing & public relations, music video production, event production, restaurants, and even some social media influencers.
In 2012, she moved her family from their hometown Miami, FL to Middle Tennessee for a slower pace of life. This is where she met her husband, who was a Combat Medic with 3rd Brigade at Ft. Campbell. Now, the family is an Air Force family. They are currently stationed with the 118th Wing in Nashville, TN where her husband serves as a Financial Controller. They have a blended family with 4 kids: a corporate trainer for a national restaurant chain, one is in the Navy, a junior in high school and an 8th grader. Frankie’s family is the reason she loves working with the team at Randolph Business Resources. The flexibility that is afforded to her, allows her to be a present mom and wife, especially when her husband is called to duty.
