Caitlin

Caitlin graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder with a double major in Accounting and Finance. After college she worked as an Auditor for BDO, where she realized her passion for full cycle accounting. The following 10+ years, Caitlin gained experience as a Controller of both non-profit organizations and digital/print media companies.

Caitlin enjoys helping small businesses/organizations grow. She aims to help business owners understand their financials and allow them time to focus on what they do best: improving their business.

Caitlin and her husband moved to Nashville from Northern Virginia shortly after getting married. While here, they have grown their family and have two young daughters. Most weekends you will find her boating on the lake with her family. She is thankful that Randolph Business Resources has created a healthy work-life balance for moms like her.
