Accounting Staff Position

Client Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices & payments.
Process Payroll
Create & submit customer billings.
Bank & credit card reconciliations.
Perform additional accounting tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years work experience or an accounting degree.
Thorough knowledge of accounting processes.
QuickBooks knowledge & experience.
Ability to work at multiple client offices in various industries.
Construction accounting experience is a plus.
