Janie

Janie Hill received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University in December of 2009 and began working for Randolph Business Resources in January 2010. She worked for RBR for 3 years, while getting her Master’s in Education. She then went on to teach Algebra 2 for 6 years at Mt. Juliet High School. After having her first child, Calleigh Love Hill, in May 2017 she finished up the 17-18 school year and decided to get back into the Accounting world with Randolph Business Resources. The life/work balance Mickey emphasizes played a key role in bringing her back to accounting with Randolph Business Resources.

Janie lives with daughter and husband Ryan Hill, who is the Data Coach as well as Assistant Baseball Coach at Mt. Juliet High School. Janie loves sports, which works well having a baseball coach for a husband, but if it’s not baseball season, you can find her rooting on the Volunteers! Go big orange!
