Joel

Joel began his career as Facilities staff at the church where he grew up. What started as a part-time job turned into 18 years of ministry and service at the church. He spent 6 years as Facilities staff and 12 years as Director of Operations/Worship & Media. During this time, he developed a love for organization and utilized those skills to serve the church.

Joel and his wife met at church and have been married since 2013. They have two sons and enjoy creating memories with them. In 2021, Joel and his family moved from Los Angeles to Middle Tennessee and have no regrets! They’ve counted it as a blessing to be able to raise their family here!

Joel spent the last 3 years as the General Manager of a local restaurant and developed an understanding of running a small business.  At the same time, he felt he needed to step away from that role to spend more time with his family. This paved the way to joining the RBR team.

Understanding how busy family life can get, RBR creates space to prioritize family and serve clients at a high level. Being able to serve small businesses with RBR through financial organization aligns perfectly with Joel’s heart and passion.
