Joy

Joy Marrison earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Freed Hardeman University, followed by her Masters of Science degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. At this time, she also attained her CPA license. Joy’s passion for small business accounting started when she worked with her father’s business while in college. Her desire to work with small businesses led her to work for Randolph Business Resources, providing services to many different companies and industries.

Joy has over 20 years of accounting experience, including over 7 years as a Controller for Randolph Business Resources. Her industry experience includes higher education, legal firms, architecture, healthcare, retail, food industry, real estate, title firms, interior design, and other service industries. Joy is experienced in annual budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow projections, and she excels in general ledger transaction and reporting. Prior to working for Randolph Business Resources, she served as the Director of Finance for a healthcare company and an Auditor for a public accounting firm.

Joy has lived in Williamson County for 25 years with her husband and they have 2 children currently attending college. In her free time, she enjoys time with friends and family, hiking, and cooking.
