Gina Andrews earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. She has spent her career working for small to medium size businesses in the retail, insurance, legal, auto and entertainment sectors. She has had many roles that include not only the accounting function, but those of HR, warehouse operations and ERP implementation. Most recently she spent 11 years in the music industry as Controller and later CFO for a major classical record label. She also sat on their board of directors guiding the strategic financial and operational goals of this multi-national group.

Gina loves the spirit of entrepreneurship. She has been a small business owner in the past and currently helps her husband with his IT consulting company. For this reason, she is excited to be a part of the Randolph team that allows business owners to focus on their talents while being confident in sound financial reporting and analysis. 

Gina and her husband, Philip, have called Williamson County home for over 30 years. They have 4 children spread across the country from Washington State to North Carolina. Working for Randolph Business Resources gives her the flexibility to stay connected to those near and far while continuing to do the work that she enjoys.
