Melinda

Melinda Jones joined Randolph Business Resources in October 2015. She enjoys the diversity of companies that come to RBR and has been able to service industries such as healthcare, advertising, law offices, title companies, furniture sales, gym/fitness clubs, and the list continues!

Melinda began her accounting career in 2005 as the Accounting Manager for a full-service advertising agency in Monroe, Louisiana. It was there that she first discovered her love for accounting. In late 2011, her husband accepted a position in the Nashville area, and they packed up and moved to Tennessee. In 2013, she began taking classes part-time at MTSU and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2016.

Melinda has been married to her husband (Scott) since 2005. In 2016, they welcomed their son (Mason); and in 2018, their daughter (Mia) completed the family. Melinda has always enjoyed crafting, hiking, singing, and watching her husband play music. As a mom, she now also enjoys the endless entertainment provided by her children including tee-ball games and dance lessons! Randolph Business Resources has given Melinda the opportunity to balance work and family and is forever grateful to be a part of the RBR family.
