Tina

Tina Lester earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University.   She also obtained her CPA license, while working as a Financial Analyst for a division of Union Planters Bank.  She was promoted to Accounting Manager and eventually Assistant Controller during her time with Union Planters. In her roles within the Insurance and Securities divisions, she was responsible for the general ledger as well as financial statement presentation and analysis.

Tina next joined Fortune Industries as Senior Accountant and was promoted several times until becoming Controller.  Her career experience includes financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting, audit management, treasury management, streamlining systems & processes, and all areas of financial statement preparation & general ledger reconciliation.

Tina & her husband started their own small business after the sale of Fortune Industries.  Following a hiatus while her son was very young, Tina returned to the workforce with Randolph Business Resources.  Being a business owner herself, Tina understands how important accurate and easy to understand financial information is to the success of a company.  That’s why she loves helping business owners focus on running their business while she takes the accounting workload off of them.  

Tina and her husband, Lee, are high school sweethearts and have been happily married since 2001.  They have a young son who keeps them very busy. Randolph Business Resources gives her the flexibility to continue doing the work she loves while also managing her own business and balancing family life.
